Bread for butter - Day 1

This recipe has proven to be a huge hit with bread n' butter fans. It also is no-knead, as usual. The result it makes is an incredible crusty loaf that is soft and chewy on the inside. When toasted, it simply tastes incredible with some butter.


Without further ado, here's the starter:


Measure all purpose flour:

Measure an equal amount water at room temperature:

Add a tiny bit of active-dry yeast to the water:


Let it sit and dissolve:


Then add the cloudy water to the flour:


Stir slowly until mixed:


Cover the container and let it sit somewhere not cold overnight.
