New Oven Part 1

Happy New Year!

Here's what is fresh at Breadsly: We backed the Fourneau 2.0 bread oven campaign last year. We've had great success baking with it in a regular oven - where Breadsly's new headquarters are now located.

We are going to make some super crunchy bread in it using the following recipe:

Measure 100g all purpose flour:

Followed by 100g of water at room temperature:

Sprinkle a little bit of active dry yeast:

Stir to dissolve it:

Mix the yeasty water with the flour:

Until you get a starter:

Cover the container and let it sit somewhere warm overnight.



No knead: Make the yeast do the work for you.​


Crumbs: While baking, cover the dough to obtain a crust.


Reliable: Always measure your ingredients.
