Fluffy Loaf Part One

This fluffy loaf is fabulous with soup. It's also amazing toasted with some nut butter. It uses a no knead recipe, and an overnight starter, but it is fairly easy to make.

Measure 200g bread flour:

Then 200g water at room temperature:

Followed by a sprinkle of active-dry yeast:

Put all that together:

And mix it until a very sticky dough forms:

Cover the container, and let it sit overnight somewhere warm.
