Toast Worthy Bread - Day 1

Very little things in life come close to a delicious piece of toast with some butter and jam.

Here's how we're going to make it:

Measure 100g all purpose flour


Measure 100g water at room temperature:


Sprinkle some active-dry yeast in the water:

Stir it to turn it cloudy:


Then add it to the flour:

Mix it until a sticky dough forms:


Cover the container and let it sit somewhere warm overnight.
