Toast Worthy Bread - Day 1

Very little things in life come close to a delicious piece of toast with some butter and jam.

Here's how we're going to make it:

Measure 100g all purpose flour

Measure 100g water at room temperature:

Sprinkle some active-dry yeast in the water:

Stir it to turn it cloudy:

Then add it to the flour:

Mix it until a sticky dough forms:

Cover the container and let it sit somewhere warm overnight.

No knead: Make the yeast do the work for you.

Crumbs: While baking, cover the dough to obtain a crust.

Reliable: Always measure your ingredients.
