Semolina One

This loaf has a wonderful aroma and makes some scrumptious toast. It is simple to make, as is most no-knead bread, and pairs well with wine and cheese. We make a biga today, and use it tomorrow to make the bread.

First, measure 200g all purpose flour:

Then, 200g water at room temperature:

Add a tiny bit of yeast:

Put them together:

And stir until well mixed:

Cover the container, and let it sit somewhere warm overnight.

No knead: Make the yeast do the work for you.

Crumbs: While baking, cover the dough to obtain a crust.

Reliable: Always measure your ingredients.
