Spelt Loaf I

This loaf is rather simple and easy to make. And it only takes a simple starter.

First, measure 200g all purpose flour:

Followed by 200g water at room temperature:

Sprinkle some active dry yeast:

Stir it:

Add it to the flour:

And mix:

Cover the container. Let it rise at room temperature overnight.



No knead: Make the yeast do the work for you.​


Crumbs: While baking, cover the dough to obtain a crust.


Reliable: Always measure your ingredients.
