Dark Rye Sandwich Loaf - Day I

The supermarket had a neat little surprise for me the other day. They actually had fresh yeast for sale and on sale. Needless to say, I bought some and decided to make a nice sandwich loaf. Here's the no-knead recipe for this amazing bread:

Measure 200g all purpose flour:

Followed by 5g fresh yeast:

Add 200g water at room temperature to the yeast:

Stir it well until the yeast is completely dissolved:

Put all that together:

And mix it until a sticky starter forms:

Cover the container and let it sit overnight somewhere warm.
