Whole Wheat Sesame Loaf Part One

The idea of this bread came to me while shopping at the grocery store. I picked up some raw sesame seeds, and some whole wheat flour. It's a no-knead recipe, so we'll be folding it the second day. Here's how I made the starter:

Measure 200g bread flour:

Then 200g water at room temperature:

Sprinkle a tiny bit of active-dry yeast:

Let it sit for a few minutes, then stir it in with the flour:

Mix until well incorporated:

Cover the container, and let it sit overnight somewhere warm.
