Sour Loaf Two

We are going to feed the starter we put together yesterday by adding some flour and water and wasting nothing in the process.

This is what my starter looked like today:

We're going to add 100g of bread flour:

100g bread flour

And 50g of water:

50g water

Add them to the mix:

And stir them well:

Starter

Cover and let it sit at room temperature overnight.
